Delivery & Payment

UK Delivery

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery. A signature isn’t required, and compensation of up to £150 is included for loss, theft, or damage.

If you need guaranteed next-day delivery, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm at checkout. This service provides extra peace of mind and higher compensation. However, it’s not available for Friday dispatch with Saturday delivery. If you require this option, please email me before purchasing so I can confirm availability and give you a tailored quote. If you choose this service on made-to-order items which have longer lead times, please email me at pinupcurl@outlook.com to let me know the date you need it by.

International Delivery

I ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked, offering full tracking and online delivery confirmation. No signature is required, and compensation up to £250 is included for loss, theft, or damage.

✈️ Please note: Since Brexit customers from the EU may be subject to customs duties and other fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Due to the large variation in fees I am unable to advise what these might be. I’m not liable for delays caused by customs or damage/theft during shipping.

Payment Options

You can pay securely via credit or debit card, PayPal, or Shopify Payments.
All transactions are securely processed — Pin Up Curl never receives or stores your card information. Secure payment providers include Stripe and PayPal.


Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied, I'm happy to offer an exchange once agreed upon. Please return the item in unworn, original condition within 21 days of receipt. You’ll be responsible for return postage, and further postage costs for your new item.

💡 Note: I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or made-to-order items.

If returning something from abroad, please clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges.


Lost or Returned Items

If you believe your item is lost or delayed, or has arrived damaged please contact me and I’ll do my best to help. If it hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, I’ll begin a claim with Royal Mail — this can take up to 30 days.

If an item is returned to me because it wasn’t collected from a depot or delivery wasn’t possible, the buyer is responsible for paying to have it re-shipped.


Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of ordering for ready-made and made-to-order items. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Looking for something unique? I’m happy to take custom orders if my schedule allows.

  • Minimum order value: £50
  • Deposit required: £20 (refundable only if I’m unable to complete your order)

A Note About Allergies

My home studio is smoke-free, but I do share it with three well-behaved cats (who are usually kept out of the studio). I do a thorough check for stray hairs before packing anything. However, if you are highly allergic to cats, I recommend shopping with caution — just in case!
