Rare late 1930s / 1940s vintage dress suit with rayon crepe bolero jacket

Incredible late 30s/early 40s 2 piece dress suit with colour block dress and shorts bolero jacket, that looks like a 3 piece set. The dress has a satin print bodice with covered buttons and collar in a pale blue, pale pink, black and white art deco style V print.  This print fabric also lines the inside of the bolero. This motif is echoed on the skirt and jacket with blue embroidery and decorative diamante detailing. The fold back cuffs on the bolero feature a vee shape at the back, and the skirt has a pleat detail flat across the front and dipping down at the hips. Best fits a 12-14
