I aim to ship all ready made items are shipped within 5 business days of ordering.
I aim to ship made to order items are shipped within 2 business weeks of ordering unless pre agreed with the customer.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. When multiple orders are placed I will automatically combine shipping and process a refund for the excess shipping paid.
